Keir Starmer is putting our local Post Offices on the Chopping Block.
First Labour targeted vulnerable pensioners by slashing their Winter Fuel Payments. Now they’re coming after something just as vital – your local post office.
This is not just policy. It’s an all-out assault on our community here in the Witney constituency. And once again, it’s pensioners, families and those who rely on local services who will pay the price.
Under Labour’s unfair plans:
- Opening hours could be slashed Essential services stripped away
- Branches moved miles from the people who need them most
- Your local post office could be shut down completely
For the elderly and vulnerable who depend on it for pensions, parcels and daily essentials, this would be devastating. They’ll be isolated. Stranded. Forgotten.
And for the rest of us, it’s another example of Labour ignoring communities like ours. That’s why your local Conservative team is leading the fight to stop this. And that’s why hundreds of residents have already signed up to protect our post office.
Every signature counts. The more people who sign, the more pressure we put on Keir Starmer to back down. You can sign our petition here and complete our Local Post Office Survey below.
