Whilst Labour and the coalition at West Oxfordshire District Council are distracted with spending all their time and focus on Marriott's Walk they're leaving our High Street to slowly diminish. More and more businesses are closing their doors and the High Street vehicle restriction seems to be a major contributor to their decisions to close up.
