MP for Witney visits Adventure Plus

Friday, 8 July, 2016

David Cameron, MP for Witney, visited local charity Adventure Plus at their new activity centre in Clanfield.

The charity has worked with over 60,000 young people and adults through outdoor adventures since 1990 and counts Bear Grylls amongst its patrons.

David met staff and guests before planting a tree in the site’s new corpse, to officially open their new bushcraft area.

David said, “Adventure Plus’s excellent work with young people is a real inspiration – and a clear example of the positive contribution that organisations can make in our communities.”
