In the Summer of 2022, Oxfordshire County Council were allocated £1.9 million towards the future of Witney High Street. So far the Liberal, Labour and Green coalition have only installed some signs.
The members, supporters, and councillors from the West Oxfordshire Conservative Association would like to take this opportunity to wish the residents of West Oxfordshire a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
The closure of the Witney High Street to private vehicles by the Lib Dem, Labour, and Green coalition at Oxfordshire County Council has left the town divided on whether it's a good or bad thing.
